AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Free Shipping Australia Wide on orders over $100

Standard Shipping (6-12 business days) calculated based on weight: 

  • Standard Shipping Small (up to 500g) $ 11.95
  • Standard Shipping Medium (500g-1kg) $15.95
  • Standard Shipping Large (1kg-3kg) $19.95

Express Shipping (3-4 business days) calculated based on weight: 

  • Express Shipping small (up to 500g) $14.95 
  • Express Shipping medium (500g-1kg) $19.95
  • Express Shipping Large (1kg-3kg) $ 23.95

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Signature is required on delivery.

Please allow 1-3 business days (exclude weekend & public holiday) for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

During SALE PERIODS, allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We're currently sending internationally to the countries which are available for us to do so.

For international shipping, we offer competitive rates as determined by Australia Post. The cost of Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the number of items added to cart.

Please be aware that there may be unforeseen delays with international delivery. 

Please check the current estimate timeframes once the parcels have been dispatched from us: Australia Post Estimated international delivery speeds.  Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays; however we will do our best to assist with any issues.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

Some countries may have their own custom charges or fees, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of, and to make payment to the appropriate bodies to receive their parcel, otherwise the parcel will likely be denied entry, and 'returned to sender' (RTS), in this case, the customer will not be reimbursed for the postage costs.

 

RETURN TO SENDER

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter their correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point (if applicable). If the parcel is unable to be delivered due to the customer's error and therefore returned to sender (RTS), We will contact the customer with options for re-shipment at the buyers expense.



TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email, which will include a tracking number and link where you will be able to track your order.

 


DELIVERY DELAYS

Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations. Once your order has left us, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays; however we will do our best to assist with any issues that do arise.
