How much is delivery?

We use Australia post to ship our packages worldwide.

Australia:
– Standard: $9.95 (6-12 business days).
– Express: $12.95 (3-4 business days).

*If you spend $110 AUD or more you will get FREE shipping AUSTRALIA wide

International shipping:

For international shipping, we offer competitive rates as determined by Australia Post. The cost of Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the number of items added to cart.

What is the sizing of Beanybaby like?

All items are true to size based on an average sized child. We have a size guide on each listing to help you make the correct decision for your child. Please check our Size chart.

What is your returns policy?

Beanybaby offer returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online store credit. Check our Returns policy.

I have received an item and I think its faulty, what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear this has happened! We are more than happy to assist you with this fault. Please email your name and order details along with images of your item to hello@beanybaby.com.au and we will assist you from there.

I placed an order online but have changed my mind and no longer want what I ordered, am I able to cancel my order and get a refund?

Unfortunately we can’t process a refund for a change of mind, all purchases made on Beanybaby are final.

If you are no longer wanting the particular item you ordered with us, you are more than welcome to return it and our team will process the store credit (after cancellation fee applied) to use on any future purchase. 

This cancellation fee is what our web host charges us to process your payments and orders. Upon cancelling an order we will no longer get this fee back.

What happens if the size I want isn’t available once you receive my return?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the item you are after will be in stock.

Your store credit can be used to purchase an item of your choice. Our store credit notes have 36 months validity.

What if I enter an incorrect address by mistake?

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for the additional delivery as well.

I just made an order but forgot to add an item, please can I add this?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to orders once placed. Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout. 

I just received an email advising me that an item in my order was out of stock - What can I do ?
We will automatically process your order and keep it moving through the warehouse by refunding you of the missing item and completing the rest of your order.
