Refund policy
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, or for any items that have been bought at a discounted or SALE price.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Beanybaby offers returns on all full priced items (exclude shipping) for an online store credit with 36 months validity.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions:
- We cannot accept returns on sale items.
- The following items cannot be returned for store credit due to hygiene reasons- Socks / Tights, Hair bows / Hair Ties and all Hair Accessories.

Please ensure to include your name and order number on any return so that we can process this efficiently for you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please send via a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel does not go missing. Beanybaby is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the original has been received back into our warehouse

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
At Beanybaby we carefully inspect every item before getting shipped to their new home. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Every attempt is made to keep the product information complete and correct, however the customer is responsible for ensuring the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colors may vary slightly. This is due to different device screen settings, the different lighting used in photography and other factors. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your screen.
