Refunds & Returns Policy

Beanybaby offers returns on all full priced items (exclude sale items) within 14 days of delivery for an online store credit with 36 months validity.

Please email our team on hello@beanybaby.com.au with your name, order number and item/s you will be returning.

Processing returns can take up to 5-7 business days and we are a small business, please be patient with us as we do our best to look after you.

Please note: The cost of the shipping returned will be the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot process your credit until we have received your items back.

Items MUST BE returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached and packaging.

Beanybaby has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.

 

Returning your goods:

Please ensure to include your name and order number on any return so that we can process this efficiently for you.

Please send via a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel does not go missing. Beanybaby is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the original has been received back into our warehouse.

At Beanybaby we carefully inspect every item before getting shipped to their new home, however in the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us at hello@beanybaby.com.au and we can assist you from there. You will get the choice of a replacement, online store credit or a refund.
